If you live in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. We apply the same 14-day window to every first purchase of Pro, wherever you live. Ask within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full.
Renewals
Forgot to cancel before a renewal? Write to us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided Pro was not used in that period beyond the free limits.
How to ask
Open the account page in the app and choose Manage subscription; it opens your Polar customer portal, where you can request the refund directly. Or email [email protected] from the address on the account with the invoice number. Either way, you get an answer within two working days.
How the money comes back
Polar, our merchant of record, returns the amount to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.
After a refund
Pro switches off on all your browsers. Your songs, scores and settings stay where they were, in your browser.
