A real drum highway
Pro drums with cymbals and toms as separate notes, Expert+ double kick, Star Power with activation fills, and accents and ghost notes judged from how hard you hit.
Play Drums Online alternative
The Play Drums Online alternative with a full drum highway
Like Play Drums Online, WebEDrums runs in the browser with nothing to install. The difference is what you play: WebEDrums is a full drum highway for your own Clone Hero, YARG and Rock Band charts, with Pro drums and Star Power, no account and nothing uploaded.
- Songs from community charts
- Built-in lessons to learn drums
- Easy setup: one cable, one minute
- Any laptop, no gaming PC needed
- 3 free plays a day, no account
- Nothing is uploaded
In a browser
All WebEDrums needs is a browser. Play Drums Online needs more.
WebEDrums is a web page, not a game engine you download. It loads in Chrome or Edge in seconds and is light enough for the laptop, Chromebook or school machine you already have.
- No download, no installer and no admin rights: open a tab and play.
- Under 1 MB to load, then cached so it also starts offline.
- A simple, fast highway that runs on the built-in graphics of an ordinary laptop. No gaming GPU.
- Light on memory: one browser tab, not a separate game running next to it.
- Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS in Chrome or Edge. No drivers for your kit.
- Always up to date: new versions arrive when you reload, nothing to patch.

Made for e-drum kits

The honest answer
When Play Drums Online is still the better choice
A browser drum site with its own catalogue of tabs and an AI transcriber that turns an MP3 or a YouTube link into a drum sheet; it also runs on phones and tablets. Pick it when you want a ready-made catalogue and notation-style playback. WebEDrums suits players who already have Clone Hero, YARG or Rock Band charts and want the full highway, Pro drums and Star Power, with nothing uploaded.
